Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

Crumbled bacon

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Dice potatoes and green onions. Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces.
Spray 9″ x 13″ casserole dish with cooking spray.
Spread half of the diced potatoes in the bottom of the pan.
Put all the chicken in the pan on top of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread crumbled bacon, half the green onions and 1 cup of cheese evenly on the chicken.
Pour the remaining potatoes on top. Add the other cup of cheese and remaining green onions to the pan.
Evenly pour the heavy whipping cream over the whole dish. Cut up your butter into chunks and place them, equally spaced, on top.
Cover with foil and cook for 50 mins.
Remove foil and cook an additional 10 mins.
