Instructions
Chop the broccoli into small florets.
Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet and cook the beef until both sides are brown, about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, beef broth, sherry, honey, garlic, cornstarch, sesame oil, sriracha sauce and ginger.
Pour the sauce mixture into the wok with the beef, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the broccoli to the wok and cook until sauce thickens and broccoli is no longer hard, about 8-10 minutes. Take off heat.
