Instructions
Slice steak in to 2 inch strips,
Mix together the cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce.
Pour in a Ziploc bag and add steak. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, hoison sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger and pepper in a small bowl.
Cook lo mein noodles as directed on the package, drain.
When the steak is finished marinating, add to wok or skillet and cook in vegetable oil for 7 minutes.
Add snow peas, carrots, broccoli and garlic to the wok and cook for another 7 minutes.
Take the wok off heat and add the noodles and sauce mixture.
Stir everything together and serve!
