Dry egg noodles
Instructions
Chop carrots and celery.
Place raw chicken in crock-pot, add carrots, celery, olive oil, chicken broth, rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred chicken and add dry egg noodles to crock-pot.
Cook 1 hour on low, mixing occasionally.
