Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine chicken, Mrs. Dash and garlic powder in a skillet and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
In a bowl mix together the cooked chicken, sour cream and milk. Pour into casserole dish.
Spread cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken mixture.
In a separate bowl combine the cornbread mix, cream corn, egg and butter. Pour evenly over top of the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to coll for 10 minutes before serving.
