Instructions
  1. Chop peppers and onion into chunky pieces.
  2. In a skillet, cook the veggies and garlic in olive oil until soft, about 10 minutes.
  3. Dump chili beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin in crock-pot. Stir.
  4. Dump veggies into crock-pot. Stir.
  5. Using the same skillet, brown the hamburger meat with salt.
  6. When the meat is no longer pink, drain grease and add meat to crock-pot. Stir.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
