  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Cut up potatoes into 1-2 inch pieces.
  3. Put potato pieces into a bowl with 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp garlic salt and toss to coat.
  4. Evenly spread on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cut up the chicken into 1-2 inch pieces and place in a bowl.
  6. Snap off the ends of the green beans and juice and zest the lemon. Add to the bowl with the chicken.
  7. Add 2Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp rosemary and 1 tsp garlic salt to the bowl. Toss to coat.
  8. When the timer goes off, stir the potatoes and add the chicken and green beans to the baking sheet. Try to make an even layer with no overlapping.
  9. Return the sheet to the oven and bake another 20 minutes.
