Mix the melted butter, lemon juice and garlic in a deep plate
Mix the bread crumbs, parmesan/Romano cheese, parsley and oregano in a separate deep plate
Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch strips, salt and pepper to taste
Dip both sides of chicken in butter mixture
Move chicken to crumb mixture and coat both sides generously, pressing the crumbs onto both sides with your fingers
Place chicken in the prepared casserole dish (you may need another dish depending on the size of the chicken breasts) and sprinkle chicken with crumb mixture
Bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees
