Instructions
Chop up the 1/2 onion.
Cut up the chicken breasts into 2 inch pieces and place in crock-pot.
Combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, minced garlic, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, and thyme in a bowl and mix together.
Pour sauce mixture into the crock-pot, covering the chicken.
Cook on Low for 4 hours.
Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small cup, then pour into crock-pot.
Cook on Low for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve over rice with sesame seeds on top.
